
whats a good way tpo break bad sleeping habits or is there a specific cause?
I cant fall a s;leep at night and i sleep til like 2 in the afternoon and i want tpo go back to school and i need to break this habit. im 24 yrs old and have been a deep sleeper my whole life so i dont bother buying alarm clocks any more cause i dont even hear them when they go off!! HELP
You should see a sleep specialist ASAP. You may have serious issues that could get even worse with time.
My sleep habits were similar in many ways and now use a CPAP machine to keep my airways open. I sleep much better, have more energy, and now often wake up before the alarm goes off! I never leave home overnight without my CPAP...it's the greatest.
