For the self-aware, perhaps those who have been in therapy and gotten a lot from it, this is a great book. The book has a slightly judgemental tone to it. It treats the procrastinator like he is immature and lacking in self-esteem. The exercises go undone because they are really nothing more than a manifestation of the old "Just do it" advice.<p>Skip this book and get The Now Habit, by Neil Fiore. This book is OK if you’d like some insights on why you procrastinate, but when it comes to breaking the habit, it falls way short. The book has a slightly judgemental tone to it. It treats the procrastinator like he is immature and lacking in self-esteem. The exercises go undone because they are really nothing more than a manifestation of the old “Just do it” advice.

Skip this book and get The Now Habit, by Neil Fiore. This one will treat you with respect, and it actually *works.*

Hopefully will have quit by Thanksgiving. Also impt. to note that I rec'd 2 of the same filters in the package, each filter should be numbered 1-4. I got two number 3's and no number 4. One phone call and less than one week later I rec'd the right filter from the company, no questions asked. Also originally, I remember reading a review about how the nicotine got into the reviewers mouth and for that they gave it one star. Funny thing is, that person obviously never read the directions. The filters must be cleaned regularly. And yes, cleaning the filter is part of what helps you to quit because it is disgusting!! I've got three friends doing this with me now. I have been using this quitting smoking method for 3 weeks or so and I’m smoking less. Hopefully will have quit by Thanksgiving. Also impt. to note that I rec’d 2 of the same filters in the package, each filter should be numbered 1-4. I got two number 3′s and no number 4. One phone call and less than one week later I rec’d the right filter from the company, no questions asked. Also originally, I remember reading a review about how the nicotine got into the reviewers mouth and for that they gave it one star. Funny thing is, that person obviously never read the directions. The filters must be cleaned regularly. And yes, cleaning the filter is part of what helps you to quit because it is disgusting!! I’ve got three friends doing this with me now. I recommend trying this method of quitting.

I am very happy with my purchase of this backpack. The color is great, and it has plenty of compartments but not so many that you don’t know what to put in them. I especially like the mesh holder on the side, I put my water bottle in there so I don’t have to carry it around. I’m a graduate student so I have a lot of materials I have to lug around, and this backpack is perfect for it. The straps are very sturdy and don’t cut into my shoulders. It is very comfortable to wear.

Something I didn’t know when I ordered this online: The pocket behind the Jansport logo has inner pockets for pens, phone, calculator, small book, rocks, old socks… whatever you want.
