
how to break a bad sleeping habit. Ive been goin to bed around 4 am and wakin up around 1 pm. I even tried?
satyin up all day twice this week and it hasnt worked. I just have a hard time falling asleep unless iam DEAD tired. As you can see i had trouble sleeping today. Its been a while since I've been able to lay in bed and fall asleep normally.
Ugh. I have this problem. I go to bed at 6am and wake up at 3pm. What I do to break it (that I'm obviously not doing XD), is stay up all night (you can do it!
), and go to bed at a normal time the next night. And don't worry-- you WILL be tired. Or, of course, you can take the alternative route and take benydrill or something to help you go to sleep.
